Kidz Kardz Child ID

Are you unable to make it to one of our Kidz Kardz Child ID events, or you didn't have all of your children with you at the event? Don't Worry, we now offer our Kidz Kardz Child ID's ONLINE! For a MINIMUM $6 DONATION via PayPal we will create 2 Kidz Kardz Child ID's for your child and mail them directly to you.

We belive in both your children's safety, both in person and online! All of the information that is submitted is encrypted and we do not store any data AFTER the card is created. The data is deleted from our server once your cards are created to help ensure that none of your child's data is available online.

NOTICE: Please note when entering below information, we only have a limited amount of space for each item. We will shorten/abbreviate when needed, or may omit items that may not be deemed 'search emergency' necessary. Only submit IMPORTANT information for Distinguishing Marks and Allergies that would be NEEDED INFO for searchers looking for your child if they would become separated from you.
